Contracts
- We generally utilize one of the standard AIA Owner/Contractor Agreements. These documents are industry standard contracts written by architects and construction attorneys. Most financial institutions are well verse with the language contained within.
- We have our own standard contracts used for securing subcontractors and material suppliers. Please ask to see these.
