Estimating Procedures
- In the case of projects that are design/build in nature we would like to handle the estimating procedures by first utilizing the schematic drawings to prepare a budgetary cost figure.
- Upon the documents being at a status of 80% complete, we can prepare finalized cost proposal for construction.
- We would require two weeks for complete turn around of each pricing phase.
