Insurance Requirements
- We carry insurance coverages and require the same from each of our subcontractors:
o General Liability
o Automobile Liability
o Excess/Umbrella Liability
o Workers Compensation and Employers’ Liability
- If funding will be handled through one of the local banks, they may ask that the contractor be able to bond the project. We are capable of providing a 100% performance and payment bond. However, there are additional costs associated with this type coverage and most local financial institutions will waive this requirement as long as you are dealing with a long term financially capable contractor such as B.H. Green & Son.
- Builder’s risk insurance, including earthquake and flood coverage, can be handled directly by the Owner or we can take care of this coverage for the customer.
